In order to develop the sport of netball domestically and introduce the sport of netball to local citizens and school students in Taiwan, the Chinese Taipei Netball Association was established in September 21, 2005. Chinese Taipei Netball Association is the sole national governing body for the sport of netball in the territory of Taiwan (Chinese Taipei).
